At Mathiraa, every jewel goes through a 3-step quality check before dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned — we're here to make it right with care and clarity. 👑

✅ When You Can Return

  • Returns are eligible only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received
  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance
  • Keep the packaging and bill safe until the return is verified

🚫 Not Eligible For

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Used or customer-damaged items
  • Items without bills or unboxing video
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Slight design or finish variations, natural to handcrafted pieces

📸 What You'll Need to Provide
Please share:

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and bill
  • An opening/unboxing video taken within 24 hours of delivery (mandatory)

This helps us process your request smoothly and fairly.

💬 How to Request a Return

  • DM or WhatsApp us with your order ID, photos, and video
  • We'll verify and respond within 24 hours
  • Keep the item safe until return instructions are shared

🚚 Return Courier & Charges

  • Return courier should be arranged by the customer
  • Please share the tracking ID once the parcel is shipped back
  • We recommend using a trusted courier with tracking for safety
  • Mathiraa will bear the return shipping charge for all approved return cases

💳 Refunds & Replacements

  • Once we receive and verify the return, you'll get a replacement or refund as per eligibility
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
  • With the refund, Mathiraa will also include the return shipping cost paid by the customer

📍 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they're dispatched
  • Please reach out immediately via WhatsApp if you'd like to cancel
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible
